While shopping our way through Waco the other day, we spotted this perfect-for-holiday-parties bronze jacquard dress at Rock Bottom Boutique. Love the asymmetrical neckline and shoulder detail–très chic. Add fierce shoes (and black tights if it’s chilly) and you’re good to go!

We were so “Vera” excited to hear that Vera Wang is expanding on her collaboration with David’s Bridal to include bridesmaid dresses and shoes! The news comes on the heels of the release of her bridal line for the chain, White by Vera Wang, which has been flying off the racks at David’s Bridal since it hit stores back in February.

We can honestly say that we like the selection so well that we wouldn’t even wait for a wedding–we’d buy them to wear to any cocktail/formal event.

What’s even better–every style in the collection rings in at under $200, ranging from $158-$198. We’ve paid far more for bridesmaid dresses we hated.
