Located right off the square, this locally owned and operated restaurant is designed to look like the Texas roadside cafés of the 1920s–1940s. Droves of people show up every day for Monument Café’s free-range eggs, freshly squeezed juices, organic vegetables, Kobe beef, and homemade fries and onion rings. Everything on the menu is made with 100% real ingredients and cooked (read: not “heated up”) in-house.
