Goddesses Only Please
May 4, 2012

When we first spotted Kate Hudson donning this gold number in March, we started counting down the days until it could be ours. You can now buy your very own, effortlessly chic Goddess Maxi Dress at Ann Taylor in Best Shopping Center Southlake Town Square. If one just isn’t enough—it never is—there’s also a black version available.
Style Swoon at Root
April 28, 2012

We’re dying over this outfit that Fredericksburg Best Store Root put together. The combo of textures from the cardi wrap and MUMU crochet tank and color of the Joes Jeans shorts keep everything so playful and fresh. The best part? Individually, these pieces still kill it! We’ll take one of everything please.
Into Ikat

Looking for the perfect ikat piece to kick off your summer wardrobe? Check out this scoop back scarlet number from Marisha available at Waco Best Store Prefontaine.
Juicy Deal on Mango Wood at Wisteria
April 27, 2012

When we first spotted this juicy deal, we can’t lie, we wanted to keep it to ourselves—it was such a steal! This twist-turned natural console table from Dallas Best Store Wisteria is 45% off! Both functional and stylish, this beauty is made of mango wood, so you know it can withstand some wear and tear.
Wild for Wilde’s

If you’re in San Angelo, swing by Best Store J. Wilde’s to snag one of these classic canvas bags. The pop of color is right on trend, and the sturdy canvas makes it perfect for those gals on the go, because let’s be honest, we all need a bag that can withstand some “extra love.”
Green Glass for Green Neighbors

Mason jars had their shining moment as the “must-have” tabletop accessory at everyone’s outdoor barbecue, but now it’s all about these adorable recycled glasses from The Green Glass Company available at Schreiner Goods in Kerrville. Grab a set of four or mix and match for a playful tablescape.
Craft’s Quartz
April 26, 2012

San Antonio Best Store sloan/hall just received a fresh selection of Lauren Craft jewels. As always, the collection is glamorous and packed with subtle details, but these rutilated quartz and diamond earrings really caught our eye. (Hey, a girl can dream, right?) Chat with the designer at an in-store appearance on Wednesday, May 2 from noon to 5pm.
Cowtown Chic

Sure this Vintage Bridle Rosette jewelry would look killer with your custom cowboy boots, but we can’t help but picture a piece paired with a sassy pair of wedges and a maxi dress for the ultimate old-meets-new style statement. It’s all in the details, and we love what we’re seeing at Fort Worth Best Store M.L. Leddy’s.

Transitional Maxi Spotted at Bloom
April 25, 2012

Fresh from Bloom’s new spring collection, this maxi skirt can carry you all the way through summer and into the fall. It will look chic now with a pastel top and some neutral sandals, but the darkish color palette will be great come September. Head to this McKinney gem to snag yours—and hurry—because they’re offering buy one, get one 50% off now through Tuesday in store.
The Need for Neon
April 24, 2012

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that there’s been a serious sartorial resurgence of neon. If you’re afraid, we get it. We all remember the 90s, and no matter how big a fan of Lisa Frank you might have been, most of us would prefer not to go back…via our closets at least.
But we assure you, this neon–let’s call it new neon–is different–really! Instead of parachute pants and cropped tops, new neon splashes across sophisticated shapes like skinny patent belts cinching a smart blazer, sleek pumps and (possibly to most effect) chic little handbags.

Add a neon crossbody to an otherwise neutral or snoozy look and–voila!–you’re updated for the season sans looking like a New Kids on the Block groupie.
Our best recommendation? One of these Rebecca Minkoff stunners ($195-$250) that arrived today at Chrome in Lubbock.
Black & Tan
April 19, 2012

There was a time when wouldn’t have dreamed of pairing black with any version of brown, but those days are long gone. In fact, black-and-brown and black-and-navy are now some of our favorite color combos. Case in point: this adorbs high-low tunic spotted at Beaumont Best Store Gaudie & Co. It’s perfect for pairing with our favorite seasonless bottom: the jegging.
