Grapevine Main Street Days this Weekend

Help Grapevine celebrate its 29^th annual Main Street Days this Friday through Sunday along Main Street in Historic Downtown Grapevine. The city is pulling out all of the stops, serving up plenty of Texas and International wines, craft beers and festival foods. Live entertainers are set to perform along Main Street throughout the weekend, while the kids will enjoy the KidCave and LEGOLAND Discovery Center’s Junior Builder Competition. Admission is free until 5pm on Friday, or you can purchase a weekend pass for $15 at any admission gate.

BoerneFest Block Party Starts Tomorrow

The BoerneFest Block Party weekend kicks off this Friday night with a concert at Main Plaza by Two Tons of Steel, a rockabilly, Texas country band, from 7-10pm. Head back to Main Plaza on Saturday at noon for a full day of artistic exhibits, live entertainment, and a wide variety of food and shopping vendors. Sunday’s Art Waddle will take place in “The Flats”—the neighborhood area between Main Street and School Street—between 10am and 4pm and will highlight local works of art at 11 different residences throughout the area.

Culinaria Wine and Culinary Arts Festival

Each year, San Antonio celebrates its rich culinary background with a five-day Wine and Culinary Arts Festival hosted by Culinaria, a non-profit organization that supports local students in culinary arts and food-related aid organizations. Read: good people and even better food. The first events are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday evening, where esteemed chefs from around the city are serving wine dinners created especially for the event.
