As in fireworks! The 4th of July holiday weekend is right around the corner. Feeling stressed because you a) don’t have plans yet or b) can’t decide which awesome celebrations to attend?
Don’t fret. We’ve rounded up the best of ‘em right here:
Austin | Austin Symphony 4th of July Concert & Fireworks
Enjoy popular music and the 1812 Overture complete with cannons and fireworks over Lady Bird Lake.
Fort Worth | Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic & Throwdown

None other than Willie Nelson will be hitting the main stage at Billy Bob’s Texas in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Tickets are $30 pre-sale and $35 at the door, but quantities are limited, so buy them early!
Fort Worth | Fort Worth’s Fourth
All sort of activities will be set up along the Trinity River behind La Grave field, including a CATS baseball game, jet ski shows and live country music. You can also float the Trinity River (tubes will be provided) and there will be loads food and drinks, including beer.
Round Rock | Frontier Days Celebration
All day on July 4, Old Settlers Park will be set up as festival grounds. There will be a parade, jalapeno pepper eating contest, kids’ games, a shootout, skydivers and fireworks. Plus, Iron Man 2 and Despicable Me will play following the fireworks show.
The Woodlands | 14th Annual Red, Hot & Blue Festival
Town Green Park and Waterway Square will host 4th of July Events with live music, hot dog and watermelon eating contests, vendor booths, kids’ games and a 23-minute long fireworks display. Bonus: It’s FREE and open to the public.
Head to Dallas’ Fair park for FREE admission to Fair Park’s 8 museums, 2 new “dancing water” shoes, music, games and food.
Plano | All-American Fourth at Oak Point
Oak Point Park will come to life with a FREE fireworks show, starting at 9:30pm.

Frisco’s celebration is happening a bit earlier, on July 2, at Simpson Plaza at City Hall. Kids will love the bungees, a rock climbing wall and mini-train rides. Enjoy local music, a hometown hero exhibit and Taste of Frisco food booths. The night will conclude with a 20-minute fireworks show.
Grapevine | Reds, Whites and YOU Wine Trail
Head to Grapevine on July 2 for a self-guided trip to Grapevine’s top wineries, where you’ll receive 3 tastings at each stop, plus small bites. Each guest will also receive a crystal wine glass and a premium bottle of Texas wine. Ticket’s are $45 pre-sale and $50 at the door.
Head to the Eleanor Tinsley Park for live music from Jack Ingram, Chris Young and Rodney Atkins, plus an All-American Kids Zone. Fireworks will follow the concert at 9:30pm. Tip: Admission is $8, but you can get in free with a non-perishable food donation.
Houston | Pat Green at Bicentennial Park in Baytown
It’s a FREE Pat Green concert. Need we say more? Foghat will also be playing on July 3rd.
San Antonio | 4th of July Celebration
Woodland Lake Park is hosing a children’s parade, live music and entertainment, and a fireworks show at 9pm.
Galveston | Fireworks at Moody Gardens
See fireworks every night of July 4th weekend at Moody Gardens along with a live concert.
Beaumont | 4th of July Celebration
Enjoy live music from local bands, plus a performance by The Symphony of Southeast Texas at the Beaumont Civic Center complex, followed by fireworks at 9pm.
Corpus Christi | 4th of July Big Bang Celebration
Enjoy a parade followed by fireworks launched from the USS Lexington.
Granbury | 37th Annual Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration
Enjoy an arts and crafts fair in the historic downtown square, plus a classic car show, parade, games and fireworks over Lake Granbury.
