Beauty Live is happening at Galleria Dallas this weekend, where industry experts are breaking down the latest trends in beauty, from makeup to hair to skincare. There will be stages set up throughout the center with live demos and expert panels, plus in-store events and giveaways. This year’s special guest is Joey Maalouf, Rachel Zoe’s BFF and go-to guy for all things hair and makeup. As always, this event is 100% free, so go get your glam on!

We’re advocates of doing one thing really, really well. And that’s what Drybar does. A blowouts-only hair salon, they’ll shampoo you, blow you out and give you a drink all for just $35. It’s genius. Because you can never blowout your own hair as well as a professional.

You can choose from a menu of 5 blowouts, each with a fun name and distinct style. For instance, the Manhattan is a pin-straight style with minimal volume while the Southern Comfort offers tons of volume and bouncy waves (the higher the hair…)

They’ve opened their doors in Uptown Dallas at The Shops of Highland Village, and they’ll soon be expanding to Plano’s The Shops at Legacy. You can bet we’ll be partaking once holiday party season begins.
